Hello there!

Thanks for joining me here! My name is Jill, and life is crazy and wonderful being a ministry wife and stay-at-home mom, as well as leading the Springfield MO Operation Christmas Child area team. This is what God has called me to do! Through the busyness, chaos, competing schedules and drama of raising children while balancing mission and ministry, there are also sweet kisses, cuddling on the couch, jumping on the trampoline and praying together before bed.

It is in the “everyday” that God meets with me and teaches me. God is with me in the day-in-and-day-out, and in the simple and ordinary He showcases His greatness and grace.

Because I talk about them so often on this blog, please let me introduce you to my family!

My family

My husband Matt is the Minister of Music and Education at First Baptist Church in Mountain View, MO. He is an incredibly talented and accomplished singer, but it is his heart to worship his Savior and lead others to worship God in every aspect of their life, including sharing His love with those who don’t know Christ, that I love most about him. He’s a great husband and father!

Jackson is my thoughtful, intelligent, talkative 10-year-old. He loves to build Lego creations, win video games, play piano, and shoot targets with his bb gun. He has such a heart to help and involve other children, and is a natural-born leader.

Lauren is my passionate, expressive seven-year-old. She loves to dance, sing, eat snacks and cuddle on the couch. She reads everything she can get her hands on, and keeps us all moving!
