The journey to the cross has always been personal. Jesus alone could bear the weight of sin as He suffered on the cross. Only He could redeem us through His shed blood. Because of His sacrifice, each of us are invited to consider the cross and believe.

For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

On Easter Eve, each of us must decide for ourselves how to respond to the cross. Jesus paid the penalty for every sin, but in order to receive forgiveness and new life, we must accept His precious gift.
