This morning, I was greeted by a “Ga, ma!” (Lauren-speak for good morning) and a fantastically beautiful smile. What a way to start the day! For Lauren, her peace is found in knowing she is absolutely loved and cared for, and she lavishes that love on her family. God wants my devotion and trust to be the same.

“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock…You are a God who does what is right, and you smooth out the path ahead f them. Lord, we show our trust in you by obeying your laws; our heart’s desire is to glorify your name.” – Isaiah 26: 3,4,7b, 8
